AT the END OF the production cycle, the wine remains IN the bottle FOR about a MONTH. The wine shows a pale AND bright straw yellow colour; the perlage IS fine, continuous AND numerous. The scent includes ALL the typical aromas OF the grape: white fruit (apple, pear, peach), fresh white flowers AND slightly aromatic elements. IN the mouth, the wine shows a delicate structure AND a great freshness. Well-balanced AND extremely pleasant. It closes WITH a fresh, fruity scent.
Pairing: spaghetti WITH clams, fresh soft cheese. Great FOR an aperitif.
